Bering Exploration Company is a private, Alberta-based, exploration, development and production company.  We intend to find, develop and operate a substantial reserve base through the drilling of internally-generated prospects within Western Canada.  Additionally, we look to acquire producing properties to supplement existing production.

Our prospects will typically contain most of the following parameters:

• Relatively shallow drilling depth (300m – 2000m).
• High recoverable oil & gas/acre-foot.
• Potential for multiple wells per section and/or potential for horizontal development.
• Established on relatively-large, farmed-in, acreage blocks.
• Reasonable facility options and rates.

It is our intent through the implementation of this prospect style to maximize both reserves and reserve life while at the same time controlling costs.
